It was announced today that the seventh Harry Potter book, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, will be released on July 21st, 2007. That's less than six months away! I'm really excited. Hopefully, in 6-12 weeks, well see the cover.

I'd also like to say that I'm surprised that the publication date is so soon. I think this will be the shortest time to date between JK Rowling submitting her manuscript and the book being on store shelves. It looks like my prediction of October was off by more than 3 months.
